**Key Responsibilities** Lead and coordinate all Asset Management activities, reporting to the Head of Asset Management. Be accountable for the portfolio’s operating KPIs, both technical and financial. Supervise and monitor all O&M; activities to ensure optimal service coordination and revenue generation.



Implement Health & Safety policies and site-specific H&S; Management Plans in accordance with applicable laws and industry best practices. Build strong relationships with equipment manufacturers, O&M; contractors, service providers, and other key partners to support a robust supply chain strategy. Represent the company in front of key stakeholders including authorities, investors, offtakers, and local communities. **Profile**: - Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, ideally with a proven track record managing a portfolio of renewable energy assets.
- Master’s degree in Engineering.
- Excellent knowledge of the construction, operation, and maintenance of renewable energy plants.
- Experience managing contracts and monitoring contractors.
- Familiarity with technical authorities, utilities, grid operators, and offtakers.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively in multicultural environments.
- Fluent in Italian and English; Spanish is a plus.
