This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Vice President of TV & Direct Response Media based in Italy.
This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role responsible for building television into a scalable, measurable customer acquisition engine.
You will own TV strategy, media buying, negotiations, creative direction, attribution, and the associated budget and P&L.;
The role focuses on direct-response performance rather than brand marketing, with success measured through leads, customer acquisition costs, and closed transactions.
You will deploy a substantial media portfolio spanning national Spanish-language TV, local broadcast, DRTV, CTV, and selected offline channels.
Working closely with digital marketing and sales leaders, you will create a unified acquisition funnel and optimize the handoff from TV-generated demand to conversion.

Accountabilities
Own the television acquisition strategy, media budget, and P&L;, allocating spend across networks, stations, dayparts, and channels against cost-per-lead and cost-per-closed-transaction targets.
Deploy and optimize national Spanish-language TV, local broadcast news, DRTV, CTV, DOOH, cinema, and other relevant offline media across concentrated metropolitan markets.
Develop trigger-based campaigns targeting homeowners experiencing major financial or life events, including divorce, debt, retirement, and the need for business capital.
Personally negotiate with television networks and station groups on rates, dayparts, adjacencies, make-goods, delivery, and contractual remedies.
