About your role:
The Solution Lead – Merchant Solutions is responsible for defining, designing, and leading the delivery of end-to-end merchant acquiring and payment solutions for banks, fintechs, payment service providers, and merchants. The role acts as the primary solution authority across client engagements, providing strategic and functional leadership to ensure successful implementation of acquiring platforms, payment gateways, switching, settlement, and value-added services.
The Solution Lead serves as the key liaison between clients,
business stakeholders, product teams, architects, and delivery organizations, ensuring that business objectives are translated into scalable, secure, and commercially viable payment solutions.
What you’ll do
Own the end-to-end merchant acquiring solution across the project lifecycle.
Lead solution architecture discussions and define target-state operating models.
Evaluate client requirements and align them with platform capabilities and product roadmaps.
Design scalable solutions covering: Merchant Acquiring, Payment Gateways, Authorization & Switching, Scheme Clearing & Settlement, Merchant Pricing & Billing, Reconciliation & Reporting, Fraud Management, Digital Commerce & Value-Added Services
Ensure solution compliance with card scheme, regulatory, security, and operational requirements.
