- Warmly greeting guests ensuring our standards are met at all times
- Wardrobe management
- Enter the reservations in the software and manage the floor plan in agreement with the General Manager
- Collect information about the customer and share it with the other departments to ensure the optimization of the guest service
- Collaborating with other departments to fulfil guest requests
- Department: Reception About you **Requirements**:
**Must have skills**: - Profiency in Italian and English
- Excellent communication skills
- Passion for delivering high quality customer service **Nice to have skills**: - Previous hospitality experience is a plus
- Fluency in any other language apart from english
