Amplifon is seeking a Country CRM Manager for Italy to lead CRM strategy and execution, strengthening customer engagement and lifetime value. You will own campaigns and journeys across the lifecycle, leveraging data and marketing automation to deliver personalized experiences.Work with Marketing, Sales, Digital and Analytics to align with global guidelines and continuously innovate the Italian CRM approach. The role is Milan-based with a competitive package.
