Technical Support Engineer

Salary range: 2000~3500 monthly (gross salary)

Responsibilities:
- 1. Troubleshooting: Conduct remote or on-site investigations to identify product issues, maintain system operation, and ensure customers can use the products effectively.
- 2. Pre-sales support: Prepare technical proposals, write bid documents, demonstrate product functions to customers, and assist sales in closing deals.
- 3. Post-sales training: Teach customers how to use the products, collect feedback and pass it on to the R&D; department to improve the products.
- 4. Translation requirements for product and technical materials.

Requirement:
- 1. Be willing to accept business trips arranged by the Italy branch for the market area.
- 2. Have at least two years of relevant or similar work experience.
- 3. Priority will be given to those who have worked for Chinese companies and have experience in leading teams.
- 4. Italian, Chinese and English proficiency for daily communication. French is an added advantage.
