Pre-doctoral Research Fellow - Human Inherited Neuropathy Unit:
**Main activities**:
Primary cells (patient fibroblasts; Schwann cell/DRG neuron co-cultures);
Biochemical analyses;
Lipidomic and proteomic analyses;
Immunohistochemistry on cells and tissues;
AAV9 delivery in vivo in animal models of CMT;
Vector biodistribution by real time PCR analyses (VGCN);
Quantitative mRNA analysis;
Morphological analyses of the peripheral nervous system.
Who we are looking for;
Ability to work in team; research planning and organization, and communication skills are required.
