NHOA Energy is hiring a Business Development Manager to drive growth in HV Infrastructure and BoP across Europe, starting with Italy. You will lead commercial activities, build strategic partnerships, and manage a robust pipeline while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, international setting.

The role requires at least 5 years in EPC/renewables, Italian market expertise, and strong English communication. Hybrid work model with Milan offices and travel within Italy.
