**About the Role** Key responsibilities: - Perform FEM calculation to evaluate structural, dynamic analysis and optimize the design.
- Conduct kinematic analysis and system mechanics
- Ability to develop numerical models and accurate simulations.
- Conduct mechanical design tasks. He/She will support, in cooperation with Manufacturing, design changes in order to modify some machine parts according to specific customer requirements. He/She will collaborate with Mechanical Engineering department to develop innovative solutions and He/She will work closely with process engineering team to ensure seamless integration of designs into production. The position will be based in Offanengo (CR), Italy.
**What You Need to Be Successful**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 2/3 years experience in mechanical engineering and FEM analysis.
- Good / fluent English (written, spoken)
- Real passion for technological aspects
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Use of main IT supports
- Experience with FEM analysis software (e.g Ansys)
- Experience with multibody software (e.g Adams)
