As an **Analyst Work, Rewards & Careers** you will help our clients achieve future of work objectives while innovating for growth. **The Role** As an **Analyst Work, Rewards & Careers** you will support and work with senior colleagues on projects with our clients. The projects will be related to rewards strategy and programs, market analysis, pay design, career framework, job evaluation with WTW specific methodologies, work strategy skills organization**.**As an Analyst, you will:
Learn to understand clients’ needs and build positive relationships with clients through your work. Collaborate with other consultants and you will receive guidance from senior consultants. Expand your knowledge in the areas of career framework,



job levelling, work strategy, skills organization and rewards. learn to think ahead, to propose new ways of working to deliver best practice. **Qualifications**:
**The Requirements** Bachelors/Master’s degree in e.g. Business Administration, Economics with demonstrated affinity with Human Resources Management Experience with job architecture, career frameworks, job levelling, work strategy or skills organization will be preferred. Ability to build strong relationships and excellent communication skills, fluency in Dutch and English. Experience in working on projects Strong analytical skills with the ability to produce high quality written work and to analyse data effectively. Proactive attitude and values teamwork, collaboration, decisiveness and integrity in all that is done.
