Trek is seeking a hardworking individual for the Customer Care team, based in the Bergamo area, Italy. The role involves assisting customers and independent retailers via email, phone, and live chat, with a strong emphasis on communication and bike knowledge. Excellent Italian and good English are required, with Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP experience valued.
This is a maternity leave contract with hybrid office/remote work. Retail experience is a plus, and enthusiasm for bicycles is essential.
