**Location**: Milano, IT **About the Role** Core Responsibilities: - Enter and maintain information in systems and tools, including documents, process changes and associated open/completed tasks
- Review, check and collect insurance and legal documentation and reflect corresponding terms and conditions into systems
- Follow-up on outstanding documents or items, per guidelines
- Regularly interaction with external customers (brokers/insureds)
- Prepare policies, certificates and all other contractual documentation
- Collaborate on the development and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures, system and tool improvements, and testing/ piloting changes
- High level of interaction and coordination with team members
- Perform assigned rule-based tasks following standard operating procedures
- Support the preparation of international program structure in collaboration with Underwriting Analysts and with the underwriters **About You**
- Bachelor' s Degree/Master 's degree or equivalent experience
- Relevant corporate insurance experience required, preferably in the Property and/or Casualty Line of Business
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Italian and English
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish and maintain effective working relations with people multi-cultural environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to deliver timely and accurate business processing also during peak times
- Ability to identify and report problems or errors while working with significant amounts of detailed information
- Willingness to expand your knowledge in Corporate Insurance and Internal Program handling
- Willingness to learn how to interpret the terms and conditions of the insurance legal documents
- For Italy, the base salary range for this position is between EUR 31,000 and EUR 51,000 for a full-time role._
