Role Description The Sommelier Maitre role is a full-time remote position responsible for overseeing wine-related guest experiences and service standards. Day-to-day tasks include curating wine selections, advising guests on pairings, and supporting the development of wine lists that reflect the Barolo region and the restaurant concepts.

The Sommelier Maitre collaborates with the food & beverage team to align menus with wine offerings, supports remote training sessions for staff on wine service and guest interaction, and contributes to sales initiatives related to wine and hospitality packages. The role also involves maintaining accurate documentation of wine inventories, providing detailed product information, and using digital tools to communicate with on-site teams to ensure consistent, high-quality service.
