We are looking for a Talent Scout / Casting Specialist to support an important new talent scouting and selection project within the live show industry.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the entertainment and performing arts world, with hands-on industry experience and an established network of performers and professionals.

We are particularly interested in hearing from former professional artists, dancers, performers, or other entertainment professionals who know the industry from the inside and have a strong eye for identifying talent.

The Role
The selected candidate will be responsible for researching, sourcing, identifying, and pre-selecting talented professionals across a range of entertainment disciplines, including:
- Multiskills dancers
- Special performers
- Comedians
- Characters and comedians
- Singers
- Musicians

We are looking for someone who can identify not only experienced professionals,



but also fresh, emerging talent with strong potential.

The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous professional experience within the live entertainment or performing arts industry
- A strong understanding of what makes a performer stand out
- Experience in talent scouting, casting, artist management, or recruitment within the entertainment industry
- Excellent research, communication, and networking skills
- The ability to independently source and evaluate talent across different disciplines

This is a paid freelance, project-based opportunity.
