Hill International is looking for a HSE Manager for one of our oil&gas; project based in Italy Main responsibilities;
- Technical competency and proficiency as a lead technical safety representative in Safety Studies (HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, FERA, QRA,...etc).
- Project management, co-ordination and delivery of formal safety assessments/studies for quantitative and qualitative risk assessments.
- Technical authorship and transparency/auditability of technical reports/documents;
- Development of HSE Management Systems and Emergency Response Pans/Procedures;
- Undertaking technical/process safety assurance/compliance assessments;
- Ensuring compliance with applicable legislative/regulatory requirements, and ‘good’ practice industry codes and standards.
- Excelling while working/managing under pressure, liaising, communicating and engaging with people at all levels, from sub-ordinates and peers, to personnel at relatively senior organisational positions.
- Experience of working throughout the lifecycle of a facility/asset from the conceptual phase through to the Front End Engineering Design (FEED), Detailed Design, construction, precommissioning, commissioning and operational phases.
- Review and Approval of EPIC/EPC Contractors HSE deliverables and HSE Plans. Key activities:



- Responsible for development of HSE systems
- Manage performance of internal HSE audits
- Ensure implementation of the organization's Accident Reporting System
- Bachelor of Science Degree (BSc) in Engineering from an accredited university
- Work experience of fifteen (15) years in the sought discipline after earning the BSc degree
- Excellent spoken and written English including proven ability to write specifications and reports.
