Tasks **Responsibilities**:

**Event Planning and Execution**: **
- Lead the organization of events from inception to completion, ensuring meticulous execution and thorough attention to detail.
- Identify and select appropriate event venues, catering services, and experience providers to design exceptional events that align with our brand and objectives. **Local Partnerships**:
- Develop and maintain robust partnerships with local businesses and activity providers to enhance our events with distinctive experiences.
- Negotiate and secure advantageous terms and discounts to optimize event budgets while ensuring high-quality standards. **Event Promotion**:

**Qualifications**: - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with vendors, partners, and clients.
- Creativity and a keen eye for detail to deliver unique and memorable event experiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social media platforms.
