- Managing relationships with customers regarding order-related activities (claims, order status, shipping documents).
- Monitoring the management software to track PIWIR and OTIF performance indicators.
- Timely identification of out-of-stock situations and handling the related escalations.
- Participating in weekly meetings to define operational priorities.
- Organizing shipments, coordinating activities with freight forwarders and the warehouse based on customer requests.
- Being involved in Continuous Improvement projects aimed at process optimization.

The intern will have the opportunity to work closely with the Logistics, Production Planning, Quality, and Global Supply Chain departments, actively participating in company operations. **Required qualifications**: - Master’s degree in Management Engineering or Economics-related disciplines.
- Proficiency in English.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a team-oriented attitude. The internship includes a **monthly reimbursement of €1300**, with **free access to the company canteen and bar**.
