Processes accounts and payments of Alpinestars SPA employees.
- Verifies that all invoices are correctly approved by the expense responsible, matched and archived with all related documents. Verifies President's invoices.
- Identifies info,



drafts, updates and checks internally or with external advisor for the completion of part of the main corporate and fiscal documents (monthly intra closure communication, VAT registers, quarterly VAT communication, annual VAT declaration, 770 model, board books, balance sheet Alpinestars France and UK).
- Supervises confidential supplier payment status, updating the CFO and the President; receives and applies CFO’s directives on payments.
- Monitors company expenses by department, extrapolating all needed data from the system (AS400 and SAP) to compare actual spending against budget guidelines agreed and shared by the CFO. **Requisiti**: - Reports preparation and presentation;
