IDLO in Rome seeks a Programme Lead to manage and coordinate the organisation's global programme portfolio, ensuring delivery aligns with strategy, donor contracts and quality standards. The role involves budgeting, monitoring, reporting, and liaison with partners, UN agencies, government bodies and CSOs. A Masters in Law or related field and 8–10 years’ international experience are required, with English and Spanish fluency and willingness to travel.
