Location**: Work from anywhere. **4. Number of headcount**:01 **5. Reporting line**: COO **6. Responsibilities**: - Craft and deliver end-to-end Web3 growth strategies for AIxBlock.
- Deepen and expand relationships with KOLs, investors, and ecosystem partners.
- Plan and host AMAs, hackathons, and industry events; secure speakers and sponsors.
- Identify speaking opportunities at suitable Web3 or AI events and networking to secure a speaking slot for suitable executives from AIxBlock
- Grow and engage Discord, Telegram, and X communities; amplify brand voice and reach
- Launch token-based incentive programs that drive sustainable adoption.
- Ensure campaigns comply with EU MiCA and global Web3 marketing regulations.
- Other related responsibilities assigned by the Line Manager **7. Requirements**:
**a. Must have**
- 3-5 years leading growth for Web3 products or protocols.
- Proven experience in increasing brands on Kaito Mindshare
- Demonstrated success scaling online communities and user acquisition.
- Deep, active network of KOLs, partners, and developer groups.
- Proven event, AMA, and hackathon management expertise.
- Fluency in English; persuasive written and verbal communicator.
- Proficient in all the essential tools needed for growth in Web3 (Segment, Galxe, X Ads, Farcaster, etc) **b. Nice to have**: - Prior role in an AI, blockchain, or developer-focused startup.
- Public-speaking track record at industry conferences or podcasts. **8. Compensation & Benefits**:

- **Base salary**:Negotiated salary depending on experience.
