Posizione
We are currently looking for an Export Ops Specialist that will mainly ensure:
Manage on time and accurately the shipment planning by processing the request coming from the Project Manager, Technology Transfer and/or from the customer itself, in accordance with quality requirements and relevant company procedures;
Define and manage the entire shipment configuration in collaboration with the customer and carrier;
Contact with the carrier selected by the customer to define the pick-up date and all its arrangements;
Issuance, management and control of the entire shipping documentation in accordance with carrieer regulations and the final destination of the goods;
Verification and control of customs treatment of the product in accordance with Finance and the customs operator (codes, quantities and customs information);
Organization of the shipment and management of import of materials purchased by BSP;




Monitor of the clinical and commercial batch release and request for printing of shipping labels in collaboration with Quality Assurance and Technical Services department;
Manage the archiving of Export Operations documentation.
Requisiti
**Main Requirements**: - MA degree (Management Engineering/Economics..);
- At last 2 years of experience in similar roles in complex organizations;
- Knowledge of GMP;
- Knowledge of SAP;
- Fluent English working knowledge;
