With over 30 years of experience, Bioneer has grown from a pioneer in genetic technology in Korea to a global leader across six key sectors: life science, molecular diagnostics, precision medicine, probiotics, advanced nanomaterials, and cosmeceuticals. **Position Overview** As part of our continued global expansion, we are seeking a remote-based Online Community Promoter with a strong interest in the cosmetics, beauty, and health industries to establish and grow our brand presence worldwide. In this role, you will identify and engage with key online communities related to hair care across multiple platforms (including Reddit, forums, and other niche channels), actively promote our products, and foster positive conversations around the brand. You will also maintain an active presence by sharing user experiences, creating engaging content, and increasing overall brand awareness. Acting as our discreet brand ambassador, you will play a critical role in building authentic relationships, amplifying our message, and driving global engagement for CosmeRNA. **Key Responsibilities**
- Develop a clear understanding of the brand’s mission, vision, target audience,



and unique product features to ensure consistent messaging.
- Monitor online community discussions for relevant feedback or concerns, and prepare monthly summary reports.
- Maintain a positive image of the brand.
- Planning and executing community marketing campaigns (Group Buying, etc.).
- Actively engage on community to discreetly promote a positive brand image.
- Identify key members and KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) within each community. **Person Specification**
- Possesses adequate working knowledge of online community tools and platforms.
- Additional language skill beyond English is an asset.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- As Brand Ambassadors, he/she should have an outgoing, approachable and friendly personality.
- Proven experience engaging and growing online communities in beauty, cosmetics, or health-related sectors.
- Ability to create compelling written, visual, and/or video content adapted to each platform.
- Understanding of cultural nuances in online communication. **What We Offer**
- £500 monthly fee payable upon achieving agreed monthly engagement metrics (number of posts, engagement rate, or conversions, etc).
- Full remote working flexibility.
- Promotion to Official Brand Ambassador.
- Full autonomy over when, where, and how you choose to promote the brand, with no fixed hours and no location restrictions. *All deliverables and scope of services shall be governed by a separate Service Level Agreement (SLA). **Job Types**: Temporary, Contract
