**Remote | Full-time | CET time zone ±2 hours** **** CapsLock is a fast-growing marketing tech company partnering with top-tier North American businesses. We bring ideas to life with performance-driven landing pages, standout marketing materials, and creative campaigns that cut through the noise. Now, we're looking for a Design Team Lead**with a **background in web and marketing design and strong leadership experience.** You will work closely with our Design Director and one more Team Leader and will be on a mission to build a design team that leads with creativity, clarity, and results. **What you’ll do**: - ** Manage and scale** a high-performing design team, **leading all core processes** including recruitment, onboarding, planning, execution, and performance management.
- Plan and manage **team resources**effectively and drive** team alignment**through strategic leadership.
- ** Manage production** of marketing collateral: interactive landing pages, promotional materials, sales decks, business cards, employer branding assets and many more
- ** Review visual quality**, ensure consistency across all design outputs and uphold design quality at scale
- ** Own and evolve** **the creative direction** and design strategies across marketing and web initiatives - **analyze performance** of visual materials and experiment with formats
- ** Develop**and maintain design **documentation** and style guides
- ** Identify areas** **for**design **improvement** and ensure timely updates
- ** Foster collaboration** **with business unit and marketing department representatives**, ensuring creative decisions are driven by performance and data.
- ** Stay current**with design trends, nalyze performance of visual materials and experiment with formats. **Requirements**:
**Skills & Background, that would be perfect for us**: - **5+ years in web and marketing design** - you've built websites/ landing pages and marketing assets that convert




- ** 2+ years of design leadership**experience in companies with developed structure (not only start-ups or boutique agencies)
- Experience **working cross-functionally** with sales and marketing teams.
- Ability **to build, improve, and scale**design **processes**.
- Confident knowledge of **Figma, Adobe Creative tools** and willing to incorporate AI-driven tools and creative automation
- Comfortable working and building the team** remotely**: - A portfolio that reflects **solid knowledge of design principles**, strong aesthetic taste, modern UX and UI thinking - you can share both your designs and designs created under your supervision **Premio points for**
- Experience with animations, motion, or micro-interactions
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
- Experience with version control systems for design assets **What will NOT work for us**
