We are looking for an enthusiastic **Construction Management Assistant**who can work alongside the resources in Arcadis, providing support in day-to-day operations on a personalised growth path aimed at deepening the knowledge gained during studies or previous experiences. **Role accountabilities**: - Support to operations management and Construction Managers;
- Verification and control of site accounts, material submission and construction drawings;
- Attend site meeting and prepare site reports;
- Monitor GANTT and work budget to check compliance with planned and actual activities;
- Monitor and control site activities and propose corrective actions when needed. **Qualifications & Experience**: - A Bachelor or Master's Degree in **Civil, MEP or Building Engineering;**: - An **excellent level (B2) of English**;
- Knowledge of the following software: Revit (BIM), Autocad, Excel, Microsoft Project




- **Willingness to travel**within the Milanese hinterland will be necessary;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Attention to detail, analytical and problem solving skills;
