Diadora is seeking an experienced Footwear Engineer to act as the technical bridge between Design, Product Development, and Production in the Montebelluna footwear district. You will drive engineering from prototype to production, ensuring technical integrity while collaborating with product, quality, and innovation teams to meet cost and quality targets. With 5+ years in a similar role, you will assess prototypes, validate tech packs, optimize material usage, and support field QC visits.
