- Your opportunity_ We are currently looking for a Client Advisor who will report to the Boutique Manager as part of our team based at Milan Airport - Malpensa.

- Who you are_- Proven experience in a similar role within a customer service-focused environment, with a genuine passion for luxury- Strong communication skills and Interpersonal sensitivity- Excellent negotiation skills- Strong focus on customer needs and satisfaction- High ethical standards- Entrepreneurial, innovative, and proactive approach- Positive attitude, enthusiastic, and team-oriented; well-integrated in the social environment- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships- Fluent in English and Italian; Knowledge of any other language is greatly appreciated- Good knowledge of MS Office and Outlook is also required
