supporting the successful implementation of strategic initiatives across the region. Reporting directly to the Performance Excellence Director , the Operational Excellence Project Manager is responsible for leading client transitions, driving operational improvement initiatives, coordinating cross-functional projects, and ensuring the effective execution of governance frameworks that deliver measurable business outcomes.
Leads the transition and onboarding of new clients, ensuring successful project delivery from planning through stabilization and hypercare phases.
