Implement new production techniques

Apply and maintain high quality control standards

Take regional responsibility for a dedicated production area

Support all activities related to vegetable and fodder beet seed production

Ensure production stability while maintaining a high level of marketable quality (germination and purity)

Apply continuous improvement techniques

Achieve consistent results in terms of yield and quality

Implement best production practices and new technologies

Requirements

- - Residence in the Piacenza area or willingness to relocate

- Technical qualification in agriculture or a related field

- Strong agricultural knowledge, preferably with experience in seed production

- Fluent Italian and intermediate English skills

- High degree of flexibility and willingness to travel within production areas

- Effective communication, teamwork, problem-solving skills, results orientation, and a continuous improvement mindset
