**Mission**:
Ensure the development and continuous updating of integrated project activity planning and resource allocation in accordance with the available budget and contractual timelines. **Activities**: - Support Risk Managers in identifying contractual risks
- Provide support in analysing customer requirements during the bidding phase
- Provide support in evaluating contractual requirements to assess their technical and economic feasibility
- Define the high-level programme based on contractual milestones
- Provide support in defining the high-level budget based on contractual requirements
- Provide support for advance procurement activities to initiate purchasing processes in advance of the contract start date (if necessary)
- Provide support in creating the project/programme WBS
- Participate in the first project meeting to kick off activities
- Provide support in defining the WBS structure, OBS and SoW, involving the relevant functions
- Provide support in defining the revenue plan and execute the related creation process in the company tool
- Perform an in-depth analysis of contractual requirements
- Define the integrated project schedule, verifying the consistency of the planning and the correct allocation of resources.
- Define the allocation of resources and/or materials per unit of time (cost planning) and the associated costs




- Close the milestones achieved and update the activity progress documents
- Measure the performance of initiatives through predefined KPIs. Perform periodic analyses of project KPIs, preparing the relevant reports to support the PM in identifying any necessary recovery actions.
- Participate in meetings with the project team to discuss the evolution/progress and performance of the project
- Provide support in monitoring the actual progress of project milestones, workloads, budget and resource management.
- Provide support in defining corrective actions to ensure compliance with project planning
- Participate in meetings with the client to discuss project performance/critical issues or delays (PMR/SAL)
- Provide support in assessing new requirements to determine their technical and economic feasibility
- Update the integrated programme with the inclusion of new activities and milestones (with related RfA/delivery plan)
- Collaborate on budget review (in relation to financial aspects) and create a new baseline for performance measurement
- Collaborate, if necessary, in the management of transport activities (including certification management, activity planning, packaging, etc.). **Requirements**:
