Position Description We are seeking a forward-thinking and globally experienced Director of Strategic Sourcing to lead our strategic procurement initiatives across all regions. This role will be responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies that support our rapid growth and global manufacturing footprint.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in global commodity management, supplier development, and cost optimization, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Sourcing Leadership
Develop and implement global sourcing strategies for key commodities to support manufacturing operations in the U.Lead a team of global commodity managers focused on supplier selection, negotiation, and long-term strategic partnerships.
Focuses on long-term cost, risk, and innovation
