Six Senses Rome is seeking an Executive Sous Chef to lead and support the kitchen team, ensuring exceptional luxury dining aligned with Six Senses' values, sustainability, and local sensibility. You will work with the Executive Chef and Chef de Cuisine to rejuvenate the culinary experience, manage hosts, control portions, and maintain high standards of quality and safety.

Fluent Italian and good English are required;

salary range is €30,000–€35,000 gross per year, with the role based in Rome,
