This position is aimed at Junior professionals interested in business analysis, digital product management, and tech project coordination. As a **Junior Business Analyst / Product Manager** in _moveax_, you will work alongside senior team members to gather business requirements, write user stories, support project delivery, and communicate with clients and development teams. You’ll receive training, mentoring, and early exposure to Agile tools and methods (Jira, Figma, Miro). This role offers a clear growth path toward independent project ownership and specialization in roles such as Project Manager and Delivery Manager. We’re looking for a proactive, organized, and collaborative person—someone eager to grow, solve problems, and bring value to both clients and internal teams. **Requirements**: - Enthusiasm to solve complex problems

Miro) and familiarity with Agile/Scrum frameworks **Interview Process**:** Step 1 - Introductory interview**
In this stage, you’ll have a first call with one of our recruiters. We will ask questions related to your CV and your answers in the questionnaire. We’ll also check your availability for on-site or hybrid work. During the call, you will take a short English test to assess your written and spoken skills. **Step 2 - Quick chat with a Senior from the Delivery team**
You will meet a Senior member of our Delivery department. This is an informal conversation where you can ask questions about the job and the team. We’ll also dive deeper into your past experiences and align on mutual expectations regarding the role and daily work. **Step 3 - Practical interview + task**
This step includes a practical task related to the role. You might be asked to solve a complex problem, to manage the prioritization and to communicate clearly how you would solve an uncertain situation. We want to understand how you approach different scenarios, while communicate your reasoning. **Step 4 - Final interview with the Head of Delivery**
This is a more strategic conversation with the Head of the Delivery department. We’ll discuss your long-term growth, career goals, and any remaining open points. It’s also a great opportunity for you to get to know the team leadership and company culture.
