We are looking for an intern to join our User Support team, which provides technical assistance to employees in an efficient and accurate way. In this role, you will handle first-level technical issues (HD1) and support all company branches. This internship will give you the opportunity to strengthen your knowledge of help desk procedures for hardware, networks, and software. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the first point of contact for employees requiring IT support
- Assist in the configuration and installation of new devices (PCs, mobile phones, printers, VoIP phones)
- Provide on-site and remote troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve common IT issues
- Share user feedback and suggestions with the support team
- Identify and propose improvements to existing procedures **Profile**: - Passion for IT and technology
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 operating environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Problem-solving mindset and solution-oriented approach
- Proficiency in Italian and good command of English or German **Workplace**: Bolzano (BZ)
