- RINA is currently recruiting for a **Junior Project Manager** to join its office in Palermo, Italy within the **Marine Market Development** Division. **Mission**-
**Key Accountabilities**
- Project Support: - Assist in planning, monitoring, and executing projects by providing technical and administrative support.
- Participate in project meetings, document minutes, and track action items.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure deliverables align with client requirements and quality standards. Technical Contributions: - Perform specific technical tasks such as calculations, analyses, and drafting under supervision.
- Contribute to technical reports, drawings, and documentation as part of project deliverables.
- Support senior engineers in problem-solving and the development of technical solutions. Learning and Development: - Gain exposure to RINA’s engineering processes and methodologies.
- Develop knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices.




- Actively participate in training and mentoring sessions to enhance technical and project management skills. **Qualifications**
- Familiarity with engineering principles and project management basics (internship experience is a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of design or analysis software is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Enthusiasm for learning and contributing to technical and project execution activities. **Education**
