- Mandarin Oriental, Lago di Como**Duties and responsibilities**: - Be responsible along with the Financial Controller for the overall day-to-day financial and accounting operations
- Manage Finance department in the absence of the Financial Controller
- Assist in the development and implementation of strategic plans and budgets
- Analysis of financial and management reports
- Assist in the preparation of forecasts and monthly/annual financial statements
- Assisting in the execution of internal and external audits
- Accounts receivable and accounts payable’s management and control **Requirements**: - Minimum 3-years experience in Accounting, preferably in a 5-star luxury hotel
- Strong MS Office and Excel skills
- Strong communication and organization skills
- High attention to detail
- Excellent knowledge of English
