Pediatric Private Duty Nurse (PDN) – RN/LPN – 1:1 Ratio

We're hiring RNs and LPNs for 1:1 pediatric private duty cases in, Missouri. You'll work one-on-one with a child or young adult in their home, providing the kind of focused, skilled care that's nearly impossible to deliver in a facility setting.
The Details
~1:1 patient ratio — one nurse, one patient, every shift
~ Multiple pediatric cases currently open in the area, so we can often match you to a schedule that fits your life — days, nights, or weekends
~ Cases vary in acuity; many involve trach, ventilator, or G-tube care, so experience with complex pediatric needs is a plus
~ Pay discussed at interview and based on experience

What You'll Do
Provide 1:1 skilled nursing care to a pediatric or young adult patient in their home
Manage complex care needs, which may include trach/vent management, G-tube feeding, and related monitoring
