Keyrock is seeking a Head of Engineering (Options) to lead the Options Engineering team and advance our Rust-native systematic options trading platform. You will drive automated quoting, execution, risk controls, and production reliability across the trading stack. Based in European or US East Coast time zones, you will collaborate with traders, quants, risk, product, and infra teams to deliver resilient, scalable solutions and mentor a diverse, high-performance team.
