We are looking for a Engineering FinOps Lead to the financial health, FinOps, sustainability and portfolio governance of the engineering organisation. This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of advanced technology and agricultural R&D;, partnering with engineers, product leaders and scientific stakeholders on capabilities with real-world impact. Make investment decisions more transparent by connecting engineering activity, cost and measurable capability outcomes.

What You'll Do Lead and apply deep expertise in Financial analysis and modelling to deliver durable, scalable outcomes. Lead and apply deep expertise in FinOps and cloud economics to deliver durable, scalable outcomes.



Lead and apply deep expertise in Cloud cost allocation and sustainability metrics to deliver durable, scalable outcomes.

Lead and apply deep expertise in Engineering fluency to deliver durable, scalable outcomes. Collaborate across engineering, product and scientific teams to translate complex needs into practical solutions. Set a high bar for quality, documentation and thoughtful use of AI-assisted engineering.

Demonstrable experience in Financial analysis and modelling. Demonstrable experience in FinOps and cloud economics. Demonstrable experience in Cloud cost allocation and sustainability metrics. Demonstrable experience in Portfolio governance and counterfactuals.

Demonstrable experience in Vendor governance and procurement. Demonstrable experience in Engineering fluency. Demonstrable experience in Data-driven reporting and visualisation.

Fluent

English, written and spoken.

Premio Points

Experience in agriculture, life sciences, scientific computing or a regulated enterprise environment.

Experience building platforms, products or services used by multiple internal teams.

Experience working in distributed, international engineering organisations.
