Within the Customer Support Services & Training area, we are looking for a Material Management Specialist for our office in Vergiate (VA). The mission is to execute end-to-end material management activities, from requirements planning to supply execution, ensuring alignment between demand, procurement and supply performance through coordination of internal and external stakeholders. Manage material requirements based on demand inputs, ensuring proper definition of quantities, timing and sourcing strategy; # Execute or support Material Requirements Planning (MRP) activities, ensuring consistency and accuracy of planning data; # Ensure proper alignment between demand, planning and procurement functions; # Manage assigned material supply sources (Supply Chain, Industrial Operations, Local Suppliers); # Perform expediting actions on supply flows and deliveries, coordinating with responsible stakeholders; # Ensure data consistency and updates across planning and execution systems; # Monitor inventory levels, backlog and supply performance for assigned materials; # Contribute to continuous improvement of planning and supply processes.

Bachelor/Master Degree (Engineering,



Supply Chain or equivalent) or Technical Degree with 3 years experience in logistics, operations or supply chain.
