The tax and legal experts at KPMG **Studio Associato**provide assistance in all the key tax and corporate law areas, offering innovative, integrated services.** In particular, by joining the **Corporate Tax team** of our **Rome** office, you will help support clients in addressing challenges related to key areas of taxation. You will operate in a constantly evolving scenario, where national and international regulations intertwine with market and public opinion expectations on crucial topics such as ethics, transparency, and corporate governance Specifically you will be tasked with: - analysing issues concerning direct and indirect taxation in Italy and offering ongoing advice to companies;
- expressing opinions on Italian and international tax matters;
- handling tax compliance (tax fulfilments and direct tax returns and VAT forms). **_Come As You Are - Your Skills and Profile_** This opportunity is perfect for you if: - Master's degree in **Business** or **Law;**: - Intention of going into professional practice as a **Chartered accountant** and/or **Lawyer**;
- **Good command of English**, ideally supported by study and/or work experiences abroad
- Good working knowledge of Office tools, especially **Excel and PowerPoint**:
