About the Role
We are looking for a Commercial Operations Specialist based in Milan to support the execution of the commercial strategy for Deliveroo's New Verticals business in Italy.
You will translate commercial priorities into clear actions, coordinate cross-functional initiatives and develop processes that enable consistent execution and support business growth.
This is an individual-contributor role for someone who combines analytical skills with a practical and structured approach, and who is comfortable bringing clarity to complex topics and working with multiple stakeholders.
What You'll Be Doing
Build reporting and analyses to monitor business performance, identify gaps and opportunities, and provide the insights needed to guide business decisions.
Translate commercial priorities in structured plans and performance frameworks that support execution.
Develop and improve the tools, processes and data routines that enable commercial teams to operate effectively and consistently.
Coordinate the operational delivery of cross-functional initiatives, tracking execution, budgets and business impact.
Requirements
Strong analytical skills and confidence working with large datasets. Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills are essential, while SQL and business-intelligence tools are a strong advan
