Don’t miss the chance to shape your **#FutureInSight** with us! **ENVISION YOUR FUTURE JOB**: The Operational **S&OP; Coordinator (Demand Focus)** acts as the key interface between GTM, Marketing, and Operations, consolidating short-to-long term demand forecasts and ensuring alignment throughout the S&OP; cycle.
This role ensures that market needs are accurately captured and translated into actionable demand plans, connecting bottom-up market inputs with top-down strategic guidance and enabling synchronization of supply, demand, and financial objectives.
It plays a critical role in improving forecast accuracy, agility, and visibility across the business. **AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES**: Consolidate demand forecasts from regional and market teams for inclusion in the S&OP; process. Validate forecast accuracy, identifying gaps and proposing corrective actions. Balance bottom-up demand submissions with top-down volume or revenue targets from Finance. Communicate updated demand signals to Demand & Distribution Planning. Manage short-to-long term forecast adjustments (+12M horizon).



Collaborate with Industrial Planning to balance demand and capacity constraints. Track NPI, promotions, and phase-outs in the demand plan. Maintain S&OP; dashboards and KPIs on forecast accuracy and bias. Support continuous improvement and digitalization initiatives in planning. Prepare presentations and executive summaries for S&OP; review meetings **MAIN REQUIREMENTS**: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes. Experience with ERP and planning tools Proficient in Excel and Business Intelligence Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proactive, structured, and detail-oriented approach. Ability to work cross-functionally in an international context.
