DECORA is Hiring – Sales Manager DIY Italy (m/f/d)

? Headquarters: Środa Wielkopolska, Poland

DECORA, a leading European manufacturer of flooring solutions and accessories, is continuing its international development in Italy.
We are looking for a Sales Manager DIY who will dedicate to our business with key DIY chains to drive further growth.
This role is a good fit for candidates with experience in the flooring industry or a solid background working with DIY retail chains, ready to take the next step in career.

Key responsibilities:
▪ Develop and implement sales strategies for DIY chains in Italy
▪ Manage and expand relationships with existing partners
▪ Identify and secure new business opportunities
▪ Lead commercial negotiations and manage annual agreements (pricing, conditions, promotions)
▪ Drive category development, including product listings and in-store execution
▪ Coordinate with internal teams (supply chain, marketing, product) to ensure smooth operations




▪ Monitor market trends, pricing and competition, ensuring target achievement

Your profile:
▪ Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar commercial role
▪ Proven track record with DIY chains
▪ Strong analytical skills and good command of MS Office (Excel required)
▪ Very good communication skills and fluency in English
