balancing availability and cost efficiencyManage and develop a team, ensuring focus, performance, and capability growthMonitor and improve service levels in stores (OSA) and overall product availabilityDrive actions on slow-moving stock and improve inventory rotationTranslate demand plans into effective purchasing and replenishment strategiesPartner with Trade and suppliers to ensure the right assortment and support commercial initiativesCoordinate with logistics providers to ensure efficiency in warehouse and transport operationsSupport key business moments: product launches, peak periods, and new store openingsDeliver clear insights and reporting on key KPIs (forecast accuracy, stock coverage, inventory turnover, OSA).The ideal candidate is someone whoCombines strong analytical skills with business understandingHas experience in Demand Planning / Supply Chain / Inventory ManagementIs comfortable leading people and influencing without authorityThinks both strategically and operationallyEnjoys improving processes and driving changeWorks effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.What we're looking for5+ years'
