- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer inquiries
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team for resolution
- Document customer interactions
- Improve customer support processes and procedures
- Maintain high level of product knowledge
- Stay up to date with the product updates and changes **What you need to succeed in this role**: - **Excellent German** **and English is a must (both spoken and written)**
- At least 1-2 years of experience in customer support in fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Attention to details
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic technical support
- Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM)
