**Location**: Anywhere in Italy **Employment type**: Part-time / Freelance **Compensation**: Hourly rate + sales commission Wizemed is looking for a Part-time / Freelance Business Development Representative in Italy to help us expand our customer base, develop distributor networks, and grow sales of electric wheelchairs, care beds, and patient lifts. This role is ideal for an industry insider who already works with mobility, rehabilitation, or eldercare products and wants to earn additional income with flexible working hours. **Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and grow sales of Wizemed electric wheelchairs, care beds, and patient lifts in Italy.
- Identify, approach, and recruit new distributors, dealers, and key accounts (e.g. hospitals, care homes, rehab centers).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local partners to increase sales volume and market coverage.
- Act as the main commercial contact for Italian distributors, with full product and back-office support from Wizemed HQ.
- Provide regular feedback on customers, competitors, and market opportunities to help optimize Wizemed’s sales and channel strategy in Italy. **Experience & Profile**




- Proven sales or business development experience in mobility, rehabilitation, or eldercare equipment (e.g. wheelchairs, beds, hoists, assistive devices).
- Existing network of distributors / dealers / key customers in Italy is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills; able to work independently and result-oriented.
- Comfortable working tempo parziale or freelance, managing your own schedule. **Other Requirements**
- Willingness to travel within Italy for customer visits and industry events when needed.
- Native-level Italian and a working level of English to communicate with Wizemed. **What We Offer**
