Production Crew

As a Production Crew Members you will be require to support the team with any on-site production needs. This role is hands-on and physical, involving the setup and breakdown of brand experience spaces, moving furniture and equipment. **Key Responsibilities**: - Under the direction of the Production Manager, safely lift, move, and position furniture and production materials where required
- Load and unload trucks or transport vehicles as needed
- Assist with setup and breakdown of production spaces according to instructions
- Quickly reconfigure event spaces as required, often within short timeframes
- Support redesign and reconfiguration of event spaces to meet evolving production requirements
- Follow safety guidelines and proper lifting techniques at all times
- Work efficiently as part of a team to meet timelines and client expectations
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Interact professionally with clients, staff, and team members on-site
- At times, the space will need to be re designed in a short time frame **Skills, Knowledge, Expertise**:
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting and moving furniture for extended periods
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow directions
- Meticulous and keen eye for detail
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Professional appearance and attitude when interacting with clients
- Comfortable working in fast-paced and changing environments
- Previous experience in production, events, moving, or warehouse work would be beneficial
