**Who we’re looking for**
Are you a keen cyclist or love all things cycling? Like to create fun and engaging online content? We’re looking for someone creative, curious, and _a little obsessed with cycling culture_ to help us amplify our voice across social platforms and tell the stories that make riders dream, plan, and pedal further. **What you’ll be doing**
- Help define and execute a **content strategy** that captures the spirit of CyclingHero’s tours — routes, riders, landscapes, and local culture
- Create and publish content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and emerging social channels with a _story-first approach_
- Write and repurpose blog posts, newsletters, reels, and carousel posts that make people _feel the ride_ — not just see it
- Develop visuals and short videos showcasing tours, places, and experiences across the destinations visited by our guests
- Support community engagement and dialogue with riders, followers, and partners globally
- Monitor performance metrics and contribute ideas to evolve CyclingHero’s brand voice
- Work with the core team on campaigns tied to tour launches, events, seasonal content, and partner activations
- Hand-ons support during our events and trips, while creating content **Who you are**
- Studying in **marketing, communication, digital media, tourism, or a related field**: - Passionate about cycling — whether you ride for training, adventure,



gravel, or culture
- You _get_ why storytelling matters — and can write with personality and clarity
- You’re comfortable with social media publishing tools and have a basic understanding of analytics
- Fluent in **English**; other languages (Italian, French, Spanish) are a premio
- Hold a valid drivers license
- You bring new ideas and energy to the table and aren’t afraid to experiment **What we offer**
