As part of our procurement team, the resource will take full responsibility for defined material groups and /or services and supplier relationships, ensuring supply security, cost competitiveness and continuous improvement. **Responsibilities**: - Independently manage RFQs and analyse supplier quotations
- Lead supplier selection and price benchmarking processes
- Create and manage purchase orders, monitor deliveries and optimize inventory levels
- Track supplier performance and proactively manage deviations in coordination with Planning, Quality, Finance and production sites
- Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical and internal standards Profile
- Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or similar
- 2-5 years of experience in procurement, ideally in a manufacturing or regulated environment
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
- MS Office proficiency: ERP knowledge required
- Willingness to travel
- Strong teamwork and interfaith communication skills; strong analytical mindset with structured, independent and results-oriented working style
