Ensures every client is welcome and well taken care of, taking pride in developing long-term relationships Is aware of CRM targets and actively engages in all actions to reach them Implements personalized reach-out campaigns and utilizes all tools available to complete CRM tasks within given timeframe Offers excellent customer service and improve individual business performance HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US? ~1/2 years of previous experience in retail sales and operations ~ Fluent in Italian and English.
